Conditions of participation UK Competition 2019
1. Subject matter and eligibility for participation
Competition is open to entities being Hanwha Q CELLS GmbH Q.PARTNER on the date of 1st May and having its registered offices in one of the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Allow to participate are the above mentioned Q.PARTNER who place binding orders between 1st May 2019 and 31st August 2019 valid orders of minimum 1kw by the terms of the Q.PARTNER agreement, where the delivery address is within the territory of the aforementioned countries. Every participating Q.PARTNER entity can win only one prize.
2. Prize
Winners shall redeem the prizes at place and period designated by Hanwha Q CELLS GmbH. Winner defines one employee who will use the win for the winner. Hanwha Q CELLS GmbH reserves the right to object to that choice without providing reasons. The winner or its employee is sole responsible for holding the appropriate visa and other approvals to visit South Korea and any transit countries for this purpose, as well as necessary insurances.
The winner is obliged to bind the employee to follow safety, confidentiality and organizational instructions of Hanwha Q CELLS GmbH, especially this regarding the visit to the Hanwha’s factory. The winner is liable towards Hanwha Q CELLS GmbH for any loses or damages resulting from misbehavior of the employee.
The prizes are non-transferable and may be recalled, changed, amended or decided at the organizers sole discretion at any time. Refund of the value of the prize is excluded. The prize draw shall be conducted by Hanwha Q CELLS GmbH who is the promotor of this competition.
3. Distribution, disclosure and transfer of prize
The draw shall take place on 3rd September 2019 with winners notified shortly afterwards. Notifications shall be made to the main Q.PARTNER contact person in the winning entity. It is the sole responsibility of the winners to ensure compliance with their own company processes, directives and other guidelines in relation to the competition.
4. Other/ Right of withdrawal
German law applies. Recourse to legal action is excluded.
