- You work in an international and agile team developing innovative class-leading photovoltaic products.
- Your task is to strengthen the analytical and characterization competencies within our team and apply those to evaluate current as well as future products and technologies.
- You are responsible for characterization of solar cells in our state-of-the-art research laboratories.
- You evaluate and develop physical characterization methods to answer challenging questions of the R&D team.
- You support other R&D teams in their work on next generation photovoltaic devices and their structural and optical investigation.
Combines passion with know-how - your profile:
- You have successfully completed your engineering or science degree and ideally already gained some experience in the photovoltaics or semiconductor sector.
- You are familiar with relevant methods for measuring and analyzing semiconductors and thin films, especially using luminescence (EL/PL/µPL/TRPL) and lifetime characterization methods.
- Ideally, you also have worked with simulation software (e.g. PC1D, Quokka) to complement your experimental findings and can use a programming language (e.g. Python, LabView).
- Very good English and ideally basic German skills complete your profile and enable you to work successfully in a global company. You are willing to travel to our worldwide production sites occasionally.
