- You have successfully attained a bachelor's degree or higher in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, you hold equivalent education and have accumulated substantial practical experience.
- You excel in IT operations for global HR systems and exhibit a deep understanding of IT processes rooted in ITIL (certification is advantageous).
- Your strong networking skills transcend cultural and organizational boundaries, enabling effective collaboration.
- You possess well-honed project management skills and can tackle complex challenges. PMP certification, if held, is considered a valuable asset.
