Our professional training program
With a range of seminars on technical, social and communication skills, we provide advanced vocational training tailored to the requirements of your company and employees.
Since 2002, Qcells has provided vocational training for young people in 16 state-accredited vocational fields. In 2007, we established our training centre in Solar Valley in Bitterfeld-Wolfen to expand our vocational training activities. The facility was officially opened in 2008 as the Qcells Training Center (QTC). The 2,500 m² facility includes 10 specialised departments for vocational training and further education focused on developing professional skills.
