Q.FLAT-G6 is a flexible flat-roof mounting system that can be installed in east-west orientation or with south-facing elevations. The system features optimised ballasting, short assembly times and a high level of safety. A wide range of accessories and a large contact surface provide various installation options for different roof characteristics.

Key Facts
The new Q.FLAT-G6 features a low dead weight and low surface load. The ballast can be further optimised using ridge couplings and side covers where required. In addition, the ballast can be secured to the main base profile, helping to maintain the system’s intended position on the roof and providing additional stability. The system is also suitable for green roofs and gravel-covered roofs.
Q.FLAT-G6 supports short installation times thanks to its easy click technology with non-interchangeable connections. The system offers a measurement-free and reversible installation that requires only one tool.
Q.FLAT-G6 supports lightning current carrying capacity and equipotential bonding, depending on the specific project requirements. Like our other flat-roof systems, the continuous base rail helps protect the modules against additional mechanical loads on the roof, such as rotation and torsion. The system also allows flexible planning of maintenance aisles and efficient use of the available roof area. The European Technical Assessment (ETA) has been applied for.
A wide range of accessories is available for Q.FLAT-G6 to support the planning and installation of your project. Various components are available for cable routing and optional fall protection. Q.FLAT-G6 is supplied as standard with a HighTec building protection mat, which is also suitable for bitumen roofs and membranes without plasticisers. The high-quality, pre-assembled protection mats support roof drainage and help reduce the risk of water accumulation.
